RXWS－2D Connector Thermal Cycling Temperature Rise Test Bench This test bench is developed in accordance with the test methods for current and temperature rise of electronic connectors specified in standards such as GB15287, GB15288, GB20234.1, GB2099, GB16915, GB15092, GB17465, GB11918, GB13140, GB14048, GB7251, UL310, UL498, UL817, UL941, UL1059, IEC60309, IEC60998, IEC60669, IEC61058, IEC60439, EIA-364-70, as well as relevant standards for other electrical accessories. It can be used to assess the surface heating condition of electrical accessories when a load current is connected, and whether the temperature rise of the electrodes meets the requirements of the standards. 1. Programmable Current Source: (AC/DC can be customized according to customer requirements) - Maximum Output Voltage: Not exceeding DC5V - Output Constant and Adjustable Test Current: Continuously adjustable from DC0 to 10 to 100.0A - Current Display Accuracy: ± (0.5% of the reading + 5 digits) - Test Current Stability: ± (1% of the set value + 5 digits) 2. Controller: - Power-on/Power-off Time: 1 to 99.99 minutes/hour - Number of On-off Cycles: 1 to 9999 times. It has the power-off memory function and will automatically stop when the set number of cycles is reached. 3. Temperature Rise Test: - Temperature Measurement Range: 0 to 260℃, with an accuracy of ± (0.3% of the reading + 1℃); Resolution: 0.1℃ 4. Dimensions: Approximately 800mm in width × 800mm in depth × 1600mm in height, with a weight of about 350kg.

5. Any material costs related to product quality during the warranty period will be borne by our company.
6. During the warranty period, we will provide free repairs due to improper use or environmental factors.
The materials and accessories used for repairs will be charged at cost only.
