RX-9922 High-temperature Multifunctional Switch Life Tester I. Overview: This switch life tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements in GB10979, GB16915, IEC61058-1:1996, GB15092.1 and UL standards, and also meets the technical requirements put forward by the buyer. It is applicable to the mechanical and electrical life tests of rotary switches or combined switches used in household and similar electrical appliances or equipment (including those used inside, on or together with the appliances or equipment), which are driven by manual operation, with a rated voltage not exceeding 440V and a rated current per working station not exceeding 20A. It is used to assess whether the switch can withstand the mechanical damage and fatigue damage that occur during normal use without excessive wear and other harmful consequences. It adopts a control mode of a combination of a Mitsubishi brand PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) with a touch screen. It has the function of presetting various main parameters. It can detect 6 products simultaneously and these detections are independent of each other. It features simple operation, clear and understandable content, and the ability to maintain settings when power is cut off.

II. Main Technical Parameters and Usage Environment: 1) The input is from the mains power supply. The output voltages when the device is turned on and off are AC220V±5% and AC120V±5% respectively; the frequency is 50Hz. 2) The total number of durable life cycles: The range is 0 to 999,999 and can be preset. 3) Number of detection stations: 6 stations (i.e., 6 switches), and each station is independent of others. 4) The rotation angle of each gear: It can be set programmatically within the range of 0 to 360°. The adjustment accuracy of the rotation angle is 0.1 degree. (Each station is equipped with an angle display panel.) 5) Test cycle: It can be preset programmatically within the range of 0 to 30 times per minute. (For each station, the on/off time of each gear of the switch can be set within the range of 0 to 10 seconds.) 6) The diameter of the clamping axis: It is adjustable from Ф3 to 15mm. 7) Mode of action: The mechanical structure is driven by an independent motor at each station.
