ZH-9930 Timer Rotary Switch Life Tester

1. Overview:

This life tester is designed and manufactured according to the technical requirements of GB10979, GB16915, IEC61058-1:1996, GB15092.1 and UL standards, and meets the technical requirements of the buyer. It is suitable for mechanical and electrical life tests of timer rotary switches or combination switches used in household and similar electrical appliances or equipment (including those in, on or used together with appliances or equipment), driven by manual action, with a rated voltage not exceeding 440V and a rated current of not more than 20A per position. It is to assess whether the switch can withstand mechanical damage and fatigue damage in normal use without excessive wear and other harmful consequences.

It adopts the control mode of PLC Mitsubishi brand programmable controller with touch screen combination, has the function of presetting various main parameters, can detect 6 products simultaneously and independently, and has the characteristics of simple operation, clear and easy to understand content, and power-off retention.


II. Main technical parameters and use environment:

1) Mains input, switch output voltage AC220V±5% and AC120V±5%/; frequency 50Hz;

2) Total endurance life times: range 0~999999 can be preset.

3) Number of detection stations: 3 stations (i.e. 3 switches), each station is independent of each other.

4) Rotation angle of each gear: 0~360° can be programmed. Rotation angle adjustment accuracy: 0.1 degree. (Each station is equipped with an angle display board)

5) Test cycle: 0~30 times/minute can be programmed. (For each station, the on/off time of each switch gear can be set to 0~10 seconds). )

6) Clamping axis diameter: Ф3~15mm adjustable.

7) Action mode: The mechanical structure is driven by an independent motor at each station. (Motor brand: Beijing Star)

8) Current regulation mode: 1~20A adjustable per station, maximum current 20A, divided into 120V/220V two types of load.

9) Digital display voltage value: range 0~300V, accuracy ±0.5%±2d.

10) Digital display current value: range 0~40A/each station independent display, accuracy ±0.5%±2d.

11) Number of output channels: 6 independent channels.

12) Maximum output current: 20A/each station, and independent display, external connection is 40A, when it exceeds 42A, the load is automatically cut off. (0-20A adjustable)

13) Working procedure: When the switch is working, there is no current passing through the station, and the switch requires the fault station to alarm and stop working.
