Dishwasher Performance Laboratory

1. Overview

This test system consists of a constant temperature and pressure chiller station (with hardness adjustment) + electrical parameter acquisition system + control program. The constant temperature and pressure chiller station is a cold water output device with constant temperature and pressure water supply function. Its functional characteristics include: water hardness adjustment, temperature adjustment, and pressure adjustment. The water hardness adjustment function can manually add chemical agents to adjust the ratio according to user needs, referring to the water hardness adjustment standard number EN50242 and GB/T 20290. The temperature adjustment function and water pressure adjustment function are both controlled by PLC to realize automatic pressure and temperature control to ensure constant temperature and pressure of output water supply. The current, voltage, and power of the test process are collected by Yokogawa power meter, and the electric energy is calculated by the program for the cumulative power consumption of a single station. The system integrates electrical parameters, temperature, pressure, and flow, can record the test process curve throughout the process, and supports data query, analysis, and report generation. It can be used for "power consumption and water consumption" project detection.

 

2. Technical specifications

1. Test station: 10 stations, arranged from left to right

2. Test voltage: 220v 50HZ / variable frequency power

3. Voltage measurement range: 0~300V, equipped with Yokogawa power meter

4. Current measurement range: 0.02~15A, equipped with Yokogawa power meter

5. Flow measurement range: 0.01~30L/min, and convert and calculate the water consumption each time, equipped with Yokogawa flow meter

6. Test water pressure measurement range: 0~0.5MPa

7. Water outlet temperature measurement range: 10~100℃

8. During the test, single station or any station can be tested, or 4 stations can be tested at the same time. The system collects power, voltage, current, cumulative power, water pressure, water flow, and water temperature for the tested stations.

9. The test data is connected to various instruments or sensors through PLC, and real-time communication is on the PC software. The software supports data export and data storage. A program database is configured to search for data by test model or time.
