1. Overview

This system is used for water efficiency test of reverse osmosis water purifier, and directly calculates the water production efficiency of reverse osmosis water purifier. It uses imported high-precision electronic scales to calculate water volume, adopts variable frequency constant pressure water supply method, provides rated pressure, reduces pressure fluctuations when installing and disassembling workpieces during testing, and avoids the existence of test errors. It uses computer program control to facilitate data analysis.

2.2 Constant pressure method: variable frequency constant pressure.

2.3 Number of workstations: 2

2.4 Min water volume: 5g

2.5 Working environment temperature 20℃±10℃. Relative humidity: 45%~95% RH.

2.6 Chiller constant temperature: 25℃±1℃

2.7 Maximum water supply flow: 20L/min

2.8 Output pressure: 0.1-0.8MPa.

2.9 Water tank: 2T plastic.

2.10 With high and low water level protection.

2.11 Preparation time: 30 minutes

2.12 Water supply body size: 3500*500*2000mm (L*W*H)

Three test procedures

3.1 Inject spiked water into the water tank.

3.2 Start the upper mixing motor.

3.3 Start the chiller temperature control.

3.4 Wait until the mixing and temperature meet the test requirements.

3.5 Start the booster pump for automatic pressure stabilization.

3.6 Collect pure water and wastewater from the water machine.

3.7 Reach the test water volume.

3.8 Calculate the water shortage rate.
