RXWS3C Temperature Rise Current Measurement and Control Recorder
Using a Siemens PLC as the controller, it automatically collects current data in real time and, based on set parameters, automatically controls external step-up and step-down motors to stabilize current data. Actual current data is recorded and saved to a USB flash drive, and can also communicate with a host computer to upload real-time data.

A. Two long-life solid-state relay ports (current increase and current decrease) per channel for faster control and longer life.
B. Load capacity of the current increase and current decrease output solid-state relays: AC480V 10A
C. User External Connections: Current overload and short-circuit protection, motor limit switch
D. Control Cycle: 1 second
E. Start and Stop Buttons: Control test start and stop.
F. Test Time: 0.01 to 99.99 hours; automatically stops upon expiration.
G. Before starting the test: Continuously outputs a current decrease signal. This allows the test to start from approximately 0A during the test, preventing accidental high current output that could damage the device under test.
H. Start Output Delay: Adjustable from 1 to 9 minutes. A "current decrease" signal is continuously output during this period. Automatically outputs the signal after the delay expires.

J: Each shift position has a relay contact output: Load capacity AC220V 5A
K: Compatible with single-phase and three-phase control: Current for each phase can be set independently.
When the three-phase currents are consistent, it is three-phase control.
When the current of one phase is set to 0, the other two phases are set to consistent, indicating single-phase control with a delta connection.
When the current of two phases is set to 0, it is single-phase control with a Y connection.
5. Data Logging: Recording is performed by a paperless recorder.
