I. Overview

Product Features: The flammability test is a simulated safety test item specified in IEC 60950: 1999, UL 94, IEC 707, ISO1210: 1992, Gb5169 and other standards. The flammability test uses a Bunsen burner of specified size and a specific gas source (methane or natural gas) to burn the horizontal or vertical test sample several times at a certain flame height and a certain flame angle. The flammability is evaluated by the duration of ignition and hot burning of the test sample and whether the igniter under the test sample is ignited. This flammability tester can grade and evaluate the flammability of mobile equipment fireproof enclosures with a total mass of more than or less than 18kg; fireproof enclosures of stationary equipment; materials placed in fireproof enclosures; V-0, V-1, V-2, HB, 5V, HF-1, HF-2, HBF grade materials or foam plastics. It is suitable for lighting equipment, low-voltage electrical appliances, household appliances, machine tool electrical appliances, motors, power tools, electronic instruments, electrical instruments, information technology equipment, electrical business equipment, electrical connectors and accessories, and other electrical and electronic products and their components and parts research, production and quality inspection departments, and also for insulation materials, engineering plastics or other solid combustible materials industries.
