RX1800 Needle Flame Tester
1. Overview
Product Features: The needle flame test is a simulation test item specified in GB4706.1-2005, GB5169.5-2008, IEC60695-11-5, IEC60335-1 and other standards. The needle flame test uses a needle burner of specified size (Φ0.9mm) to pass a specific gas (butane or propane) to burn the test sample at a 45° angle in a timed and directional manner. The ignition hazard of the small flame caused by the fault condition inside the equipment is evaluated by observing whether the test sample and the ignition cushion layer are ignited and the burning time and length. The needle flame tester is suitable for lighting, low-voltage electrical appliances, household appliances, machine tool electrical appliances, motors, power tools, electronic instruments, electrical instruments, information technology equipment, electrical business equipment, electrical connectors, accessories and other electrical and electronic equipment and their components and assemblies research, production and quality inspection departments, and is also suitable for insulating materials, engineering plastics or other solid combustible materials industries.
