RXWS-2D High Voltage Wire Harness Thermal Cycle Temperature Rise Test Stand

      This equipment is based on GB15287, GB15288, GB20234.1, GB2099, GB16915, GB15092, GB17465, GB11918, GB13140, GB14048, GB7251, UL310, UL498, UL817, UL941, UL1059, IEC60309, IEC60998, IEC60669, IEC61058, IEC60439, EIA-364-70 and other standards. It is mainly used for temperature rise test and fuse test of the electrical connection part of lithium battery structural parts under high current. According to the test environment temperature, high current overload and temperature rise monitoring under different ambient temperature conditions can be carried out.

1. Computer program-controlled DC current source setting:

Maximum output voltage: DC5V

Output constant adjustable test current: DC10~300.0~3000.0A two-speed continuously adjustable

Test current stability: ±(1% set value + 5 characters), response time 1S

Current display accuracy: ±(0.3% reading + 5 characters)

2. Controller: Power on/off time: 1~99999 seconds

Number of on/off times: 1~9999 times, with power off memory function, automatic shutdown when the number reaches

3. Equipped with our independently developed TWC-2A multi-channel temperature tester, it can be tested with power on without damaging the instrument. The instrument uses Japanese imported relays to collect data, has strong anti-interference ability, and can accurately depict the temperature curve.

4. Thermocouple temperature rise test: (low temperature test, scanning time 1S)

Temperature measurement range: 0~260℃ Accuracy ±0.3% reading +1℃; Resolution: 0.1℃

Temperature measurement: 8 channels (including 1 point to measure ambient temperature)

Configuration of thermocouple: American Ω company T-type 30AWG fine-wire thermocouple, length 2 meters, a total of 8;
