1. Equipment configuration description

1. One set of detection control cabinet;

2. One integrated LCD touch screen computer host (dual-core CPU, 17-inch LCD display, 2G memory, 32G solid-state hard disk, keyboard, mouse);

3. Input electrical performance parameter test: use high-precision electrical parameter instruments;

4. Differential pressure sensor and measuring instrument for vacuum measurement, provided by the user

5. Pressure equalization box: 18*18*10 inches high, according to the American standard ASTM F558, F431 orifice plate method

6. Orifice plate range: 1 orifice plate designed according to the standard (0.5-inch orifice plate, manual switching), accuracy ±0.05mm

7. Tested whole machine: two types of 32 and 35 caliber hose connectors (or user-specified), or nozzle connector

8. One set of random test software;

9. The equipment is equipped with 2 sets of test pressure-equalizing box fixtures and fixtures (provided by the user). The equipment controls the pneumatic solenoid valve to operate the cylinder quick fixture to clamp the tested product. The left station is tested, and the right station is unloaded and re-clamped;

10. Product qualification signal indication system, sound and light alarm when unqualified.

If qualified, the cylinder will pop up, and if unqualified, the operator needs to manually control the switch to remove it

1. Automatic project detection program;

2. Model input, selection and free modification program for qualified judgment parameters;

Up to 500 product model parameters can be set, and test data can be saved;

3. Project selection and test time modification program;

A. The project can be shielded from testing and not judged as qualified, without affecting other project functions.

B. The test time of each project can be modified

4. After clamping the power cord and grounding test wire, start the test and the test software controls to test all data at one time;

The program automatically sets the test parameters without the operator adjusting.

6. The test data can be exported to EXCEL file format, and the data can be queried by instruction number, and it also supports exporting to EXCEL file
