RXWS-2D Connector Thermal Cycle Temperature Rise Test Bench It is developed in accordance with the test methods for current and temperature rise of electronic connectors in GB15287, GB15288, GB20234.1, GB2099, GB16915, GB15092, GB17465, GB11918, GB13140, GB14048, GB7251, UL310, UL498, UL817, UL941, UL1059, IEC60309, IEC60998, IEC60669, IEC61058, IEC60439, EIA-364-70 and relevant standards of other electrical accessories. It can be used to assess the surface heating condition of electrical accessories when connected to the load current, and whether the temperature rise of the electrodes meets the requirements of the standards. 1. Program-controlled current source: (AC/DC can be customized according to customer requirements) Maximum output voltage: No more than DC5V Output constant adjustable test current: Continuously adjustable from DC0~50~500.0A (customizable) Current display accuracy: ±(0.5% of the reading + 5 digits) Test current stability: ±(1% of the set value + 5 digits) 2. Controller: Power-on/power-off time: 1~99.99 minutes/hour Number of on-off cycles: 1~9999 times, with power-off memory function. It will stop automatically when the set number of cycles is reached. 3. Temperature rise test: Temperature measurement range: 0~260℃, accuracy ±0.3% of the reading +1℃; Resolution: 0.1℃ Temperature measurement: 8 channels (including 1 point for measuring the ambient temperature) Configure 8 channels to collect temperature data simultaneously Configure thermocouples: 8 pieces of T-type 30AWG fine wire thermocouples of Omega Company in the United States, each with a length of 2 meters; Temperature data recording: Automatically completed by the computer. Configure computer test software, and Excel reports can be exported. 4. Power supply: Single-phase AC220V±10%, 50/60Hz, 5KVA 5. Configure one integrated industrial control computer with a touch screen (CPU above Pentium 4/1.8G, 2G memory, 256G solid-state drive, 15-inch liquid crystal display), installed with the XP Chinese operating system and OFFICE processing software. 6.
