Equipment Overview

This device is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of GB/T3667·1-2016, and is suitable for capacitor manufacturers, household appliance factories and quality inspection departments to conduct quality inspection of capacitors. The device uses parallel reactors for precise compensation, making it very low in terms of grid capacity requirements. It uses PLC+touch screen control, and can digitally set the test voltage, operating time, test capacity, etc.; and digitally display the test voltage and each capacitor test current. The system is equipped with electric motors, which can automatically increase or decrease the voltage, and at the same time complete the automatic voltage regulation of the output voltage, eliminating the need for a voltage regulator. It has the characteristics of simple operation, intuitive display, and convenient adjustment.

Automatic compensation function

Real-time monitoring of line current. When the capacitance of the capacitor changes too much during the test (based on the line current), the instrument will automatically reduce the voltage, re-compensate the reactance, and then increase the voltage to continue the test.

High temperature test fixture

Equipped with 18-station capacitance test fixture (insert type, wire clamp type, temperature resistance 105℃)
A set of high-temperature test wires is provided when leaving the factory

High temperature test chamber

Equipped with a stainless steel inner tank with a 70-degree high temperature test chamber, the temperature control range is +15 to 200°C, and the uniformity is no more than ±2 degrees
Temperature fluctuation is ±1°C

Single phase AC 220V 50Hz 4KVA

1800mm wide * 950mm deep * 1700mm high, weighing about 1400k
The equipment shell is sprayed with plastic and has been pre-treated to have anti-corrosion properties. There are sturdy and durable universal wheels at the bottom to facilitate the movement of the equipment.
