RX9903 Electronic Expansion Valve Life Test Stand
一、Technical parameters：
1、Requirements for load life test
①Fix the expansion valve on the life test bench and drive it with a set voltage (such as DC12V), a specified excitation mode, and a set frequency (such as 83PPS). ②The inlet (side pipe) pressure is 1.0MPa, and the outlet (straight pipe) is connected to the atmosphere; 0←→500 is a cycle, and the total number of openings and closings is set (such as 100,000 times). Use nitrogen or clean compressed air, and the gas source pressure is ≥4.5MPA; the test pressure is adjustable from 1 to 3.5MPa. Note: It also supports opening and closing up to 9.99 million times, with the purpose of finding the maximum life of the electronic expansion valve.

2、Failure judgment:
The pressure is read through the pressure sensor, and the full closing pressure and valve opening pressure are set on the touch screen to detect changes in the intake pressure. When the intake pressure exceeds the set value, the system alarm prompts the failure of the test piece and records the current number of operations and other parameters.
3、The equipment is divided into 6 working stations and is used for durability performance testing of electronic expansion valves.
4、The test bench is composed of industrial PC, display screen, PLC, etc. as the main control center. The PC is responsible for data processing and logic control. It is easy to operate and flexible to adjust. The system can memorize, record, store and display test results.

5、The equipment system can set the maximum opening of the valve, the maximum opening of the valve, and the excitation speed.

7、 Test times record: 0-999999 times can be set, the machine will shut down after reaching the test times. If the equipment loses power unexpectedly, the current test times can be memorized, and 990,000 tests can be achieved.
