一、Equipment overview
The
equipment can test the service life of air-conditioning components,
including pulse test impact or high-voltage burst test methods.Imported
pressure sensors are used to detect pipeline pressure and hydraulic
stations to ensure stable pressure output.During the test, the
corresponding parameters are set in the setting interface, with manual
and automatic working modes, and equipment leakage protection
function.When the test is completed or an error occurs, an alarm will be
issued and the workstation will stop working.
二、Equipment description
1.Function: To realize hydraulic alternating impact test
2. Maximum volume of test workpiece:
2.1. Oil separator, gas separator and other steel containers up to 300L
Test conditions: pressure 1MPa, repeated impact, the required pressure can be reached in 1~2 seconds during the formal test);
2.3.Copper tube heat exchanger up to 15L(Test pressure range 0~5MPa)
3.Technical parameters
3.1Circulation pressure: boost 0~6Mpa, adjustable;
Pressure reduction: 0~1Mpa, adjustable.(With 0 pressure condition)
3.2 System pressure control accuracy: ±2%
3.3 Test paths: 10 paths (for devices with a volume of more than 100L, only one test is performed at a time; for small devices, multiple tests can be connected at the same time)
