1. Overview:
Thermocouple
characteristic curve tester complies with the technical requirements
specified in CJ 30-1999 "Flame-out protection device for thermoelectric
fuel appliances", "Household gas stoves (GB16410-1996)" and "General
test methods for household gas appliances (GB16411-1996)". It is
suitable for the quality inspection department of the production
enterprise to conduct performance testing and random inspection of
products. The action mechanism of the test bench adopts pneumatic
devices, and the straight-moving cylinder realizes the whole process of
the thermocouple working in the flame of the set temperature and leaving
the flame. The test circuit adopts a microcomputer data acquisition
system, and the flexible human-machine interface software adjustment
function greatly facilitates the user's operation.

III. Functional configuration:
3.1. Test parameters: heating temperature, thermoelectric potential, detection time;

All test parameters are transmitted to the display screen through the
data acquisition module, and the management software is used to realize
the human-machine interface operation. The operator can realize the
collection and monitoring of the detection data by clicking the menu at
this level;
3.3. The management software has the following functions:
(1) Real-time display and recording of heating temperature, thermocouple voltage, and detection time;
(2) Automatically generate a curve chart of the change of heating temperature and thermocouple voltage with detection time;
(3) Automatically generate a table of thermoelectric potential, time, and temperature data;
(4)
Thermoelectric potential of each point on the curve: users can set the
time point according to requirements to query and display the
corresponding data;
(5) Test data can be stored according to requirements and will not be lost in case of power failure.

The test bench has a corresponding external data output port. When
necessary, the user can extract the pre-stored or measured data curve by
printing and other means;
3.5. The clamp action mechanism adopts
pneumatic actuators to achieve contact between the 3-5mm part of the
thermocouple head and the flame when testing the thermal
characteristics; when testing the cold characteristics, the thermocouple
is separated from the flame and cooled naturally;
3.6. It has the safety protection function of automatically shutting off the gas source in case of accidental flameout;

It can be adjusted forward and backward relative to the heating
position according to the installation size of the thermocouple;
