1. Product Introduction:
The
hydraulic bursting test bench mainly tests the product's tolerance
limit bursting pressure. The test machine is mainly composed of a
boosting system and a program control system. The boosting system is
composed of a multi-stage boosting pump group, which mainly completes
the system's pressurization and pressure maintenance work, and can
ensure long-term test pressurization and pressure maintenance. The
program control system uses a PLC processor + touch screen panel, which
mainly controls the pressure of the driving gas, controls the pressure
relief, displays the pressure in time, controls the pressurization, etc.
It can perform program control of boosting-pressure
maintenance-boosting-blasting, and the pressure maintenance value can be
set in sections, and the boosting rate can be set. It is a
high-performance microcomputer-controlled blasting instrument.
