standard; The gas heating wall-mounted boiler performance test bench is a
test bench designed specifically for gas heating wall-mounted boilers;
it is suitable for use in the production line and laboratory of
wall-mounted boiler manufacturers. The appearance and accuracy of the
test bench can be selected according to product needs. This test bench
refers to the relevant requirements in GB25034-2010 CJ/T228-2006 and
meets the test requirements of gas heating wall-mounted boilers

2. Domestic hot water system
1), inlet and outlet water temperature; 0.0~100.0℃, test accuracy: ±1.5﹪F.S; (LED digital display).
2), water flow; 100~1000L/h, test accuracy: ±1.5﹪F.S; (glass rotor flow measurement).
3), start water flow; (glass rotor flowmeter measurement).
4) Start water pressure; (pressure gauge 0.0~0.6MPa, 1.6-level gauge display)
5) Water channel high pressure resistance test; (pressure 0.0~1.6MPa, pressure gauge 0.0~2.5MPa display)
6) Open flame leak test function;
7) Gas flow test; (gas is measured by glass rotor flowmeter)
8) Gas pressure test; (U-type pressure gauge: 0.0~5000 Pa display)
9) Dry the water channel after the test is completed
