1. Overview:
Comprehensive
test system for gas water heaters. This gas instantaneous water heater
performance test bench is developed according to GB 6932-2007 "Household
gas instantaneous water heaters" standard, using imported and domestic
advanced devices and testing technologies. It is mainly used for testing
the performance of gas instantaneous water heaters below 30kW
(adjustable according to user requirements), as well as thermal
efficiency and heat load. The test bench adopts PLC master control, and
uses microcomputer technology to transmit test parameters and control
signals between the computer and the test system. The computer system is
the core of control and recording, and can perform test automation
control through a friendly and flexible human-machine interface. Various
calculation formula software are integrated, original records are
stored, and query management is convenient, and test reports are
automatically generated.
