1. Product Introduction:

The test bench is built in accordance with domestic standards GB6932-2015 "Household Gas Instantaneous Water Heaters", GB/T16411-2008 "General Test Methods for Household Gas Appliances", European standards EN 26-1998 "Household Gas Instantaneous Water Heaters", GB20665-2015 "Energy Efficiency Limit Values and Energy Efficiency Grades for Household Gas Instantaneous Water Heaters and Gas Heating Water Heaters", and other domestic and foreign standards, which can meet the performance test requirements.

2. Main test contents:

2.1. Heat load (maximum heat load, minimum heat load, ignition heat load)

2.5. Water stop temperature rise

2.6. Heating time

2.11. Gas secondary pressure when the appliance is running (maximum secondary pressure, minimum secondary pressure, ignition secondary pressure)

3. Main functional requirements:

3.1. Design station: 1 ;

3.2. All valves on the test bench are switched with imported ball valves, and pneumatic angle seat valves are used to control the on and off of water and gas lines;

3.3. The pressure of the gas and water lines can be adjusted arbitrarily. The gas pressure adjustment range is: 100-5000Pa, the water pressure adjustment range is: 0-1.6MPa, and the water pressure adjustment adopts two-level adjustment, the front is coarse adjustment, and the back is fine adjustment;

3.4. The water pressure display adopts a pointer-type gauge to display the pressure and a digital display pressure, which can distinguish high pressure and low pressure and can be controlled separately. For the digital display pressure, WIKA is used Pressure sensor, range 0~1.6MPa;

3.5. Install a high-precision temperature sensor at the water inlet of the test bench to detect the inlet temperature and monitor the change of tap water temperature during the test. At the same time, it is equipped with a hot water outlet pipeline and temperature detection;

3.6. The test bench can instantly monitor the gas and water flow. The gas flow can adapt to natural gas, artificial gas and liquefied petroleum gas, and the water flow is not less than 40L/min (0.1MPa); at the same time, the test bench is equipped with an electromagnetic flowmeter;

3.7. Install a 2+3 waterproof socket on the left and right at a suitable position on the test bench frame, power AC220V±10%, 50Hz, 3kVA, and real-time display of operating power, voltage adjustable;

3.8. Material of main water pipe and gas pipe: The main pipe of the test bench is made of stainless steel pipe or high-quality galvanized pipe, size: 6 The above can meet the maximum gas flow and water flow requirements. All major components must be easy to disassemble and maintain;

3.9. The main body of the test bench adopts an aluminum profile frame structure, and the water tank adopts 304# stainless steel (1.2mm thick). It has a reasonable structure and beautiful and high-end appearance;

Each test bench is equipped with a Japanese imported gas pressure regulating valve (gas valve flow greater than 6.0 cubic meters/hour) and a U-shaped pressure gauge; the water pressure regulating valve is equipped with a Norcrone R43-406-NNLG water pressure regulating valve. The gas/water pressure regulating valve is installed in the test bench, and the instrument is installed in a position that is easy to operate and read and not easily damaged.
