1. Overview
This
test bench is developed according to GB 6932-2007 "Household Gas
Instantaneous Water Heater" standard, using imported and domestic
advanced devices and testing technologies. It is mainly used for testing
the performance of gas instantaneous water heaters below 30kW
(adjustable according to user requirements).
2. Technical parameters:
2.1. Water flow: 0-20L/min, glass rotor flowmeter; resolution: 0.1L, accuracy: ±1.5%
2.2. Inlet water temperature: 0.0-100.0℃, digital display; accuracy: ±0.5%
2.3. Outlet water temperature: 0.0-100.0℃, digital display; accuracy: ±0.5%
2.4. Inlet low pressure display: 0.0-0.6MPa, precision pressure gauge; accuracy: ±0.5%
2.5. Inlet low pressure: 0-0.6 Mpa adjustable
2.6. Inlet high pressure display: 0.0-2.0MPa, precision pressure gauge; accuracy: ±0.5%
2.7. High pressure pressure adjustment: 0-1.6 Mpa adjustable
2.8. Gas primary pressure display: 0～5000Pa, U-type pressure gauge accuracy: ±0.5%

5. Any material costs related to product quality during the warranty period will be borne by our company.
6. During the warranty period, we will provide free repairs due to improper use or environmental factors.
The materials and accessories used for repairs will be charged at cost only.
