1. Features:

3. Box structure:
The
equipment is mainly composed of box, refrigeration system, heating
system, air circulation system and control system. The outer box is
processed by CNC machine tools, with beautiful and novel shape and
non-reaction handle, which is easy to operate.
1. Inner box material: The inner liner of the box is made of 2mm thick stainless steel plate.

Shell material: 1.5mm thick Baosteel high-quality A3 carbon steel
plate, after phosphating electrostatic spraying treatment, it increases
the appearance texture and cleanliness.

Insulation material: high-density glass fiber cotton, insulation
thickness is 100mm, so that the indoor temperature will not be
transmitted to the outside of the equipment, ensuring a balanced and
stable temperature in the laboratory.

5. Heater: fully independent system, stainless steel nickel-chromium type electric heating wire (small overshoot).

Door frame insulation: double-layer high and low temperature aging

automatically interrupt when the limit temperature is exceeded to ensure
the safe operation of the experiment without accidents.

The bottom of the machine adopts high-quality fixed PU movable wheels,
which can be adjusted up and down to facilitate the movement and
maintenance of the equipment.
12. Walk-in oven, providing ramp passage
Each
oven is equipped with a high-temperature resistant trolley (square top,
no steel plate) with a load-bearing capacity of 300kg and welded with
stainless steel square tube frame, the height is about 200mm, the width
and depth are about 50mm smaller than the inner tank, and the handrail
height is about 600mm
4. Air circulation system
1.
Use multi-wing blower to circulate air strongly, avoid any dead
corners, and make the temperature distribution in the test area uniform.
The air circulation outlet and return air design, the wind pressure and
wind speed meet the test standards, and the temperature can return to
normal quickly when the door is opened. Heating, cooling, and complete
independence of the system can improve efficiency, reduce test costs,
increase life, and reduce failure rates.

humanized operation method, easy to learn and use, accurate and stable
measurement.
