RX9916D ballast light/LED light durability load cabinet

1. Overview
The equipment is designed and manufactured according to the test load requirements for ballast lamps and LED lamps in 21.11 of UL773-2018, UL60730-1, IEC60669-1 and other standards, and is used for life test load testing.
2. Technical parameters

2.1. Input power: AC 220V, 50/60Hz, 20KVA, the equipment should be powered by a regulated power supply

2.2. Test the external power supply, and the expected short-circuit current (RMS) of the power supply should be between 3kA and 4kA when the power factor is 0.9 (lagging)

2.3. Test switch regulations: rated voltage not more than 277V, rated current not more than 16A

2.4. Test voltage range of load port: test voltage AC90~280VAC manually continuously adjustable, 50/60Hz, external fast-response variable frequency regulated power supply should be used as much as possible

2. 5. Load part:

2.5.1. Adjustable range of series inductance: 0.1mH~10mH, resolution 0.1mH

2.5.2. Parasitic inductance characteristics of the inductor used: Fixed inductance components, and the installation spacing is widened to reduce the mutual inductance and coupling of the inductance components. The parasitic inductance is relatively small and the impact is also small. In the actual test, fine-tune the inductance to make the test parameters meet the requirements

2.5.3. Adjustable range of series resistance: 0.01~2.00Ω

2.5.4. Adjustable range of pure resistive rated load current: 0.5~16A adjustable
