Product Description

The EVWD series bidirectional DCDC test  power supply is a DC input bidirectional DC power supply for the common  DC bus system. It is a low-cost test power supply solution developed  specifically for motor controllers, drive motors, and vehicle testing in  the new energy vehicle industry. It uses pure digital control  technology and can be applied to the early development, later type  testing, reliability testing, and factory testing of motor controllers  and drive motor products, as well as product line product testing.

It  is particularly suitable for dynamometer test benches and towing test  benches for common DC bus, and can also be used to upgrade existing DC  power supply systems.



Features

1. Energy flows bidirectionally at full power, stable and reliable operation, energy saving and high efficiency.

2. It has multiple output modes including constant voltage, constant current and constant power.

3. Rapid transient response.

4. Adopting high-speed digital control technology, the output accuracy reaches 0.1%.

5.  Adopting PWM rectification technology, the power factor is >0.99,  the input harmonic is <3%, and the efficiency is greater than 93%.

6. It has automatic voltage drop compensation function, which automatically compensates the line voltage drop.

7. It adopts a seven-inch touch screen operation, which is convenient for operation and display.

8. The output parameters and protection parameters are programmable and can be applied to different types of equipment testing.

9. The internal components adopt international brands such as LEM and Infineon, and the equipment has high reliability.

10. The modular design is adopted, and the equipment is easy to maintain in the later stage.
