Product Description

The EVWS series battery simulator has the characteristics of battery simulation. It can simulate both battery discharge characteristics and battery charging characteristics. It can replace electric vehicle power batteries for different testing occasions, saving space and cost for users. It supports voltage 24~800V (1000V), current 0~1000A (peak 1300A)/power 0~500KW (peak 650KW) and is continuously adjustable within the full range.

The power supply can work in different working modes such as CV/CC/CP, which can meet the precise testing requirements of different loads. It has perfect self-diagnosis and protection functions to prevent instrument damage or personal injury caused by misoperation or environmental factors. This series of battery simulators has the characteristics of bidirectional energy flow. During the motor test, the power supply provides a stable DC voltage to the load to meet the normal test function; when the test is abnormal or shut down, the power supply can feed back the energy of the motor power generation state to the power grid to prevent energy accumulation from causing load damage.


It is suitable for the early research and development, later type test, reliability test, and production line product delivery test of electric vehicle motors and their controllers, electric vehicle powertrain systems, etc. It meets the power supply requirements of the test items in GB/T18488.1-2015, GB/T18488.2-2015, and GB/T29307-2012.
