The EVWB series
bidirectional DC test power supply has the characteristics of
bidirectional energy flow. It can not only provide power to the load,
but also feed back the power grid without pollution, saving space and
cost for users. It supports voltage 24~800V (1000V), current 0~1000A
(peak 1300A)/power 0~500KW (peak 650KW) continuously adjustable within
the full range.
The power supply can work in different working
modes such as CV/CC/CP, which can meet the precise testing requirements
of different loads. It has perfect self-diagnosis and protection
functions, which can prevent instrument damage or personal injury caused
by misoperation or environmental factors.
It
is suitable for the early research and development, later type test,
reliability test, and production line product delivery test of electric
vehicle motors and their controllers, electric vehicle powertrain
systems, etc. It meets the power supply requirements of the test items
in GB/T18488.1-2015, GB/T18488.2-2015, and GB/T29307-2012.

2. It has multiple output modes of constant voltage, constant current and constant power.

4. Adopting high-speed digital control technology, the output accuracy reaches 0.1%.
5. Adopting PWM rectification technology, power factor>0.99, input harmonics<3%, efficiency greater than 93%.
6. With automatic voltage drop compensation function, it automatically compensates for line voltage drop.
7. Adopting seven-inch touch screen operation, convenient operation and display.
8. Output parameters and protection parameters are programmable, which can be applied to different types of equipment testing.
9. The internal components adopt international brands such as LEM and Infineon, and the equipment has high reliability.
