I. Overview

Designed in accordance with national and enterprise standards, this equipment is suitable for testing the handle swing and lifting life of electric kettles used in tea bar applications. The equipment utilizes a touchscreen integrated computer and PLC as the central control unit, with the PC program responsible for data processing and logic control. It offers easy operation and flexible adjustments, and the system can memorize, record, store, and display test results. 2.4. By replacing the fixture, two operating modes can be achieved: left and right swing, up and down swing, and simultaneous lifting and lowering of the kettle.

2.5. Swing Angle: 0-90°, adjustable; standard testing is 45° up and down or left and right.

2.6. Swing Speed: 6°-30°/s ±0.5, adjustable

2.7. Total load per station shall not exceed 10 kg (after triple the load).

2.8. Number of Cycles: 1-100,000 (adjustable)
