ZH-6803 Water Purifier Booster Pump Life Test Bench
I. Overview
This equipment is designed in accordance with the technical requirements of standards such as QB/T 4144, "Reverse Osmosis Water Purifiers for Household and Similar Purposes," and QB/T 4697-2014, "Booster Pumps for Reverse Osmosis Water Purifiers and Nanofiltration Water Purifiers for Household and Similar Purposes." It is suitable for starting, stopping, and operating life testing of booster pumps in water purification equipment. The equipment utilizes a touchscreen integrated computer and PLC as the main control hub, with the PC program responsible for data processing and logic control. It offers easy operation and flexible adjustments, and the system can memorize, record, store, and display test results. The system provides test conditions and flexible testing for the operating life of booster pumps in water purifiers, making it an ideal auxiliary testing device for home appliance manufacturers.
II. Technical Parameters
2.1 Test Object: Booster Pump for Water Purification Equipment
2.2 Control Method: PLC + 15-inch touchscreen integrated computer + program
2.3 Test Stations: 24 stations, capable of starting, stopping, and operating life testing the booster pump for water purification equipment. The number of on/off cycles and parameter settings can be set, and the system starts and ends according to the set number of cycles, with automatic safety shutdown.
Station Design: 24 stations, 12 of which are grouped together using a single pressure source, connected using ball valves.
2.4 Test Standards: Inlet Water Temperature (25±1)°C, Inlet Water Pressure (0.2±0.02) MPa.
Test Voltage (24±0.5)V/(36±0.5)V DC.
2.5 Test Pressure: 0.05-0.8MPa, equipped with two water pumps (0-1.2MPa), pressure controlled by a frequency converter.
The lifespan station is equipped with a pressure-surge tank for pressure maintenance.
