I. Overview

Designed in accordance with national and enterprise standards, this equipment is suitable for durability testing of cold condensers in tea bar, desktop, and in-line cooling units. The equipment utilizes a touchscreen integrated computer and PLC as the central control unit, with the PC program responsible for data processing and logic control. It offers easy operation and flexible adjustments, and the system can memorize, record, store, and display test results. The system provides flexible testing conditions for durability testing of cold condensers in tea bar, desktop, and in-line cooling units, making it an ideal auxiliary testing device for home appliance manufacturers.

II. Technical Parameters

2.1 Test Object: Applicable to the durability testing of the cooling condenser of tea bar machines, desktop machines, and pipeline machines.

2.2 Control Method: PLC + 15-inch touchscreen integrated computer + program

2.3 Test Stations: 15 stations, capable of independent operation, with single-source input and independent input via ball valves

2.4. Inlet Water Temperature: 25±5°C, using an air-cooled constant temperature unit.

2.5. Life Test: Initial water temperature: 25±5°C. Start the cooling condenser's refrigeration system. When cooling stops, drain the water. Repeat this cycle for 6,000 times.
