1. Number of Workstations: 1, with 3 branch circuits. You can select any branch for testing.

2. Power Supply: AC 220V 50Hz

3. Test Medium: Air

4. Air Source Pressure: 0.8MPa clean compressed air

5. Flow Meter Performance: Three flow meters are provided, with ranges of 0-50L/min, 0-250L/min, and 0-1000L/min.

6. Pressure Reducing Valve Performance: Imported high-precision electrical proportional pressure regulating valve with a sensitivity of 0.2%F.S. and repeatability within ±0.5%F.S.

7. Test Pressure: 0.1-0.5 MPa compressed air (adjustable)

8. Test Object: Electronic expansion valve

9. Flow Test: Test pressure is 0.1 MPa or 0.5 MPa, valve opening pulse count and frequency are adjustable (configurable), and flow rate range is 0-1000 L/min. Multiple test points can be set (every 100 steps), with a different pulse count set for each point. Flow rates at different openings are sequentially tested, and acceptance is automatically determined based on the upper and lower flow deviations. A flow curve can be plotted.
