一、Overview

   This machine is designed according to JBT-10212 and JBT-10386, and is suitable for testing the flow characteristics, valve opening pulse, valve port leakage, maximum action pressure difference test, reverse valve opening pressure difference test of electronic expansion valves, etc.After setting the parameters on the computer, start the test with one click, generate the flow characteristics, valve port leakage parameter curve and record the test results;

This test bench is used to test the leakage of the electronic expansion valve of household or commercial air conditioner, flow characteristics, valve opening pulse test, maximum action pressure difference test, reverse valve opening pressure difference, etc.Manually clamp products, one product at a time, and manually check test items in the program.Through the dedicated test software, real-time data display can be achieved. The test system test products and test reports are stored and managed in the form of a database.The test report can be printed and is compatible with OFFICE office software. The test report can be programmed so that users can design and arrange it according to their own characteristics. The test report can be easily queried or retrieved.
