一、Overview
The functional setting and technical performance of the water
proportional valve detection equipment should meet the needs of Party A
for online testing, adjustment, and finished product inspection of the
flow performance (including characteristic curves and characteristic
parameters) of the water proportional control valve developed and
produced. Various characteristic curves and characteristic parameters
can be dynamically displayed, identified, determined, stored, queried,
and managed in a timely manner.
二、Technical parameters

of the water proportional valve under different pressure conditions
(the correspondence between the number of motor steps and the flow),
pressure adjustment range: 0-0.6MPa.
2. Automatically test and
display the flow regulation characteristic curve of the water
proportional valve under fixed pressure, flow adjustment range:
0-30L/min.
3. Automatically test and display the various
characteristic parameter indicators of the water proportional valve
under different pressure conditions and different opening conditions
(fully open, half open, fully closed).
4. Automatically identify and determine whether the various characteristic parameter indicators tested are qualified or not.

water proportional valve can be adjusted and tested online in a timely
manner to facilitate product assembly and debugging, improvement and
