ZH-CBE9800E Capacitor Durability Test Stand (Upgraded Version)

This device is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of GB/T3667·1-2016, IEC60252·2-2011, GB12747-1991, Japan JIS C 4908-2007 and other standards. It is suitable for capacitor manufacturers, household appliance factories and quality inspection departments to conduct capacitor quality inspection. The device uses parallel reactors for precise compensation, which makes it have very low requirements for grid capacity. It adopts PLC+touch screen control, which can digitally set the test voltage, running time, test capacity, power on and off time, number of times, etc.; and digitally display the test voltage and each capacitor test current. The system is equipped with an electric voltage regulator, which can automatically increase and decrease the voltage, and at the same time complete the automatic voltage regulation of the output voltage, eliminating the need for a voltage regulator. It has the characteristics of simple operation, intuitive display, and convenient adjustment.

B. Inter-electrode withstand voltage mode: 1-999 seconds can be set

Test voltage: 0~1300V adjustable

Test one capacitor at a time, automatically and quickly increase the voltage

Automatically time when the voltage reaches, and automatically shut down when the test time reaches

Automatically determine whether the tested product is broken down at the end of the test

C. On-off endurance mode:
