ZH9910 Capillary Group Flow Test Bench　　
1.Overview

　　This equipment is used to test the air flow of copper pipe groups. It uses a mass flow meter to detect the flow value, controls the air circuit through an air storage tank, a pressure regulating valve and a solenoid valve, displays the real-time flow, has upper and lower limit alarms, and can monitor and record the flow value of each pipe in real time. If it is unqualified, there will be an alarm prompt.

2.Technical indicators

　　1) Power supply voltage: Equipment working voltage AC220V 50Hz.

　　3) Test connection type: Various air conditioning pipe groups, maximum 1 in 28 out

　　4) Flow range: 0~100 liters/minute, mass flow meter, detection accuracy better than 1%.

　　5) Pressure: 0~1MPa, pressure display accuracy better than 0.25 level

　　6) Pressure regulator: Pressure resistance greater than 1MPa, ensure system pressure stability, gas supply not less than 18M3/H, front end equipped with oil-water separator and filter

　　7) Alarm output: upper and lower limit alarm output, sound and light alarm

　　8) Data recording function: Flow has real-time monitoring and saving functions, and automatic judgment function

　　9) System control: PLC controls the solenoid valve to switch 28 outlets to the flow meter end to test flow, and the computer automatically records and judges whether each flow value is qualified

　10) Pipeline: Use SMC brand hose, which meets the standard pipe diameter of 6.35~31mm for the air inlet pipe, and the outlet meets four specifications of 4.76mm, 6.35mm, 7.94mm, and 9.52mm
