1. Overview:
IPX3-6 shower rain test device is based on IEC60529：1989+A1：1999+A2:2013《Degrees of protection provided by enclosure（IP Code）》、GB/T 4208-2017《Enclosure Protection Grade (IP Code)》/IEC 60529:2013《Degrees of protection provided by enclosure(IP code)》Clause 14.2 of the standard (IPX3-6 sprinkler head test and nozzle test), UL 50E-2007 《Enclosures for Electrical Equipment, Environmental Considerations》(Electrical
equipment housing, environmental factors) are designed and manufactured
for IPX3-4 sprinkler head test, IPX5-6 nozzle test, and UL water spray
test (Clause 8.3).
The complete set of equipment consists of 4 sets of electric brackets that can be lifted up and down and moved left and right, 6 shower heads, 1 nozzle, water supply system, control system, and UL water spray test device. Automatic frequency conversion technology to adjust water flow rate, just select the nozzle in the interface and input the total test flow rate, and the corresponding IP water flow rate requirements can be automatically met, and the blowing state can be simulated.
