ZH-1023中央空调外机淋雨实验装置

一、概述：

IPX3-6花洒淋雨试验装置是根据IEC60529：1989+A1：1999+A2:2013《Degrees of protection provided by enclosures（IP Code）》、GB/T 4208-2017《外壳防护等级(IP代码)》/IEC 60529:2013《Degrees of protection provided by enclosure(IP code)》标准之14.2条款(IPX3-6淋水喷头试验和喷嘴试验)、UL 50E-2007 《Enclosures for Electrical Equipment, Environmental Considerations》（电气设备外壳，环境因素）要求设计制造的，用于IPX3-4淋水喷头试验、IPX5-6喷嘴试验、UL喷水试验（8.3条款）。

该成套设备由4组可上下升降左右移动电动支架、6个花洒淋雨喷头、1个喷嘴、供水系统、控制系统组成、UL喷水试验装置。自动变频调节水流量技术，只需在界面选择喷头输入测试总流量，即可自动达到相应的IP水流量要求，及模拟吹风状态。

3	花洒喷头数量	共6个，那个面需要喷淋时移到那个面喷淋。
4	喷嘴（IPX5、6）	1个，可以固定在一个喷淋支架上

6	花洒固定方式	花洒固定在喷淋支架上，通过夹具固定在支架上，可调节上下高度，方便试验。
7	各花洒喷头的流量控制	系统配备4路供水，每路供水可单独监测流量，当启动水泵后，通过节流阀调节每一路的流量。
8	喷水角度调节	手工调节，试验前先调节好喷淋角度。
9	压力控制	随流量控制而定，压力在30～150kPa范围内。
10	时间控制	总试验时间控制，在触摸屏上设定试验时间，到时自动停止。
11	水泵数量	1台
12	水箱数量	1个
