一、Overview
The high-efficiency pipe air tightness water test bench is a special equipment used for straight high-efficiency pipe air tightness
and water immersion testing.There are 5 workstations for simultaneous testing.
The maximum length of a single pipe does not exceed 7 meters and the diameter does not exceed 30MM.
By adjusting the fixing block and replacing the sealing joints on both sides, it can be applied to the airtight
water immersion test of high-efficiency pipes with different pipe diameters.

2.1、Equipment power: AC220V/50HZ/1Kw.
2.2、Low-pressure air source: ≤0.8Mpa clean compressed air.
2.3、 Medium pressure air source: clean compressed air not less than 4.0Mpa.
2.4、Station cycle: 1 out of 5 (10 pieces/minute, the pressure holding stage is calculated as 15S)
2.5、Gas detection pressure: 0.05-4.0Mpa adjustable, pressure gauge 1.6 level 5 independent.
2.6、Applicable pipe specifications: Φ15.88, Φ19.05, Φ22.23, Φ25.4, Φ28.57,
a total of 5 specifications, each providing 10 sealing heads.
2.7、Applicable tube length: 1000-7000mm
2.8、The holding time can be set: 0-999S
