1. Overview

This equipment is designed according to the test requirements of GB/T17702-2013 and is used for DC self-healing capacitors to perform DC self-healing tests and inter-electrode withstand voltage tests

(Applicable to power capacitors, film capacitors, etc.)

2. Equipment description

1. Equipment introduction: The user sets the test parameters once, and the equipment automatically tests the test results after startup

2. System composition: electrical cabinet, automatic boost device, program control device, self-healing number collection device, protection device

3. Parameter indicators:

1. Load: 1

When the rated voltage is not greater than 2KV, the capacity is ≤3000uF

2. Inter-electrode withstand voltage test mode: It can automatically increase the voltage, and when the voltage is increased to the set voltage value PU, the timing is started, and the voltage is automatically reduced and shut down when the test time is up

Self-healing test mode: First increase the voltage to PU, then delay the Pt time, and then continue to increase the voltage to U2.

In the above process, if the number of self-healing times or the voltage rises to the set value U2, the voltage can be automatically reduced and then shut down

3. Test voltage: DC100~10000V continuously adjustable, digital display accuracy ±1%+3 characters

Test current: 0~100.0mA digital display accuracy ±3%+5 characters
