ZPH-9860 residual voltage tester
Brief introduction:
The
residual voltage tester is designed according to the national standard
GB9706.1-2007 "Medical Electrical Equipment Part 1: General Safety
Requirements" and GB4706.1 "Safety of Household and Similar Electrical
Appliances Part 1: Safety Requirements" 22.5: "Equipment connected to
the power grid with a plug must be designed to have a voltage between
each power pin and between each power pin and the device casing 1s after
the plug is unplugged." This instrument has a high enough test
impedance and uses a simulated plug-out method to disconnect the device
from the grid voltage at the peak state. It is used for residual voltage
testing of electrical equipment such as medical equipment and household
appliances
Main technical parameters:
1. Output voltage: AC 0~250V, 50Hz;
Maximum output current does not exceed 10A, maximum load power 3KVA
Power supply time: 1-99s continuously adjustable
The instrument automatically judges to disconnect at the voltage peak for testing
2. Test voltage: 10~199.9V Display resolution 0.1V
Test accuracy: ± (reading 1%+1V);
3. Test time: Test after disconnecting for 1 second;
Number of measurements: Any value within 1-99 times
4. Test impedance: 1000 MΩ;
5. Use color LCD touch screen integrated computer to collect, control and display all test data
6. Configure micro printer to print each test data
7. Alarm range: Can be set within the test range (generally 34/60V);
8. Test judgment: Sound and light alarm, and voltage cut off at the same time;
9. Test power supply: AC220V 50Hz, external voltage stabilizer power supply should be used
10. Approximate size of the whole machine: 700 (length) * 350 (width) * 400 (height) mm.
Performance characteristics:

Power-off test when the power supply voltage of the equipment is at the
peak value, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of the test data;

Test impedance ≥ 1000MΩ, meeting the impedance requirements of L-E
inter-electrode and accessible capacitor residual voltage and energy
test;
⑶ Multi-form test function.
A. Residual voltage between each power pin;
B. Residual voltage between each power pin and the equipment housing;
C. Residual voltage and energy test of the capacitor accessible outside the equipment;

Manual/automatic conversion test. That is, the inter-electrode phase
test can be performed manually, and each 2-electrode phase test is
performed 10 times; it can also be performed automatically, and the
three-electrode combination test is performed, and each combination is
tested 10 times;
⑸ Automatically maintain the maximum test voltage value, and automatically alarm when the test residual voltage exceeds 60/34V.
