ZH9902 Electronic Expansion Valve Performance Test Bench (Production Line Test)

一、  Overview

     This equipment is suitable for the action test of the electronic expansion valve flow, flow synthesis, etc. The whole process is monitored by PLC, and a special pulse drive board is customized for valve opening test. The number of pulses and frequency can be set according to demand, and the response is sensitive. Imported gas flow meters are used to detect the air flow, valve leakage, and valve opening pulses under various openings of the electronic expansion valve. The corresponding flow conditions of the electronic expansion valve under various pulse opening values can be effectively detected. Among them, the air pressure, pulse parameters, detection time, and upper and lower limit alarms of the flow value can be adjusted. The detection principle of the whole machine is scientific and reliable, and the operation is simple. It is an ideal auxiliary detection equipment for manufacturers.
