1. Product Overview
The
capacitor lead-out terminal comprehensive tester is designed and
manufactured in accordance with GB2693-2011 Section 4.13.1, 4.13.2,
4.13.3 and GB/T2423.60-2008 Section 3 Ua1, Section 5 Ub, Section 6 Uc
standards. It is suitable for comprehensive tests of tension, bending,
and torsion of capacitor lead-out terminals to assess the strength of
the lead-out terminals of the tested product.

2. Control: Mitsubishi PLC + touch screen control
3. Tensile test: vertical loading with weights; (smooth force without sudden changes)
4. Tensile loading time: 1~999s adjustable
5. Load weights: 0.5N, 1N, 1.25N, 2.5N, 5.0N, 10N, 20N, 40N, a total of eight; Accuracy: ± 1%
6. Bending test: only one pin is tested at a time
7. Bending angle: 1~90 degrees adjustable, unidirectional or bidirectional can be selected; angle accuracy: ±2 degrees
