第一部分：
1、 全钢结构产品是专供实验室操作使用的组合式设计，该产品不仅外形美观，现代感强，而且结构稳固，使用寿命长。
2、 全钢结构产品可拆卸组合，利于电气维修和清洁卫生，具有最佳的经济性能比，是现代实验室的首选产品。
第二部分：边台、中央台、角柜
台 面：采用实验室专用耐酸碱实芯理化板，台面底部做有防水槽，水池台上面做100mm高档水板，结构坚固致密，能抗强冲击，耐强酸碱更具有良好的承重性能。
试 剂 架：主框架采用40mm×100mm，壁厚1.5mm方形钢管制成，表面经酸洗、磷化、静电粉沫喷涂处理具有耐腐蚀、防火、防潮等功能，层板采用12mm厚的单面磨砂玻璃，不锈钢管做护栏，层板高低可调节。
箱体部分：门为双层结构，内外层均防腐蚀及撞击，中间带有隔音层。柜体、层板采用1.0 mm厚优质冷轧钢板，钢材表面经酸洗、磷化、静电粉沫喷涂处理具有耐腐蚀、防火、防潮等功能。所有组件经模具冲压折弯焊接而成，暴露焊接部分打磨；无论垂直方向及水平方向其交叉角平面均光滑过渡，焊点无毛刺、无脱焊、无虚焊、无假焊，且经打磨平磨平整并防锈处理。水平可调地脚高度0—30mm。
第三部分：通用配件
水龙头(包括洗眼器)：采用有降低水压及隔栅型一体成型实验室专用三联水龙头，阀芯采用国际通用的瓷阀芯，表面经环氧树脂粉沫喷涂处理。
优点：①通过预调节装置调节水流量，起到减缓水的压力；
②可防止污物进入阀门芯；
③耐酸、耐碱及耐锈蚀。
下 水 管：采用实验室专用PP连接管。
优点：采用PP材质水管，具有耐强酸、耐强碱和耐有机溶剂的特点。
水 盆：采用改性环氧树脂水盆或pp水盆。
优点：1、耐强酸碱，抑菌、易清洁，耐腐蚀；
2、利于台面残水自然回流，美观实用。
滴 水 架：面板采用实验室专用12.7mm理化板，粘压PP棒。
优点：1、抗化学腐蚀、易清洁、耐潮湿。
2、并设清洁水自动回流装置，带导流孔，接至水槽，便于残水排流，利于器皿的自然干燥；整体美观实用。
线 槽：用于实验室配电设施，采用铝合金材料，模具制作，表面为静电粉沫喷涂，可满足电源线、电话线、网络线等综合布线方面的要求，可将实验室内各种功能布线均布置在线槽内，以达到规范标准、便于维护管理的目的。可用于试剂架的电控系统，也可用于墙上安装电源插座等使用。
铰 链：采用优质不锈钢合叶。
滑 轨：采用三节静音滑轨。
优点：开合达八万次以上，使用寿命长，滑轨畅顺及静音效果佳。
把 手：采用一体成型一字型拉手。
可调地脚：采用改性硬聚氯乙烯地脚（可调节0～30mm），外加防腐伸缩套。
优点：具有耐腐蚀性高、抗老化性能好、寿命长等优点，特别是防震效果佳，且防腐伸缩套可多层保护地脚，使其免受外部气体腐蚀，更提升产品的时代感。
插 座：独立式插座盒配国际电工并配置安全保护盖板，可适用任何仪器的插头。

2. Within one week of the delivery of the new product, our after-sales technical department staff will provide installation and after-sales training for the equipment at the customer's location based on the contact information and address provided by the customer.
3. All complaints related to product quality will be responded to within 1 hour. Within 3-5 hours within the province and 24-48 hours outside the province, the customer will arrive at the scene and determine the handling measures based on the complaint situation, and carry out after-sales maintenance.

5. Any costs related to product quality during the shelf life will be borne by our company.
