How to operate the commercial air conditioning electronic expansion valve life test bench

　　①Fix the expansion valve on the life test bench and drive it with a set voltage (such as DC12V), a specified excitation mode, and a set frequency (such as 83PPS).

②The inlet (side pipe) pressure is 1.0MPa, and the outlet (straight pipe) is connected to the atmosphere; 0←→500 is a cycle, and the total opening and closing is the set number of times (such as 100,000 times). Use nitrogen or clean compressed air, and the gas source pressure is ≥4.5MPA;

The test pressure is manually adjustable from 1 to 3.5MPa.

Note: It supports opening and closing up to 9.99 million times, with the purpose of finding the maximum life of the electronic expansion valve.
