Number of test stations: 5. By replacing the test fixture, life and leakage tests can be performed on electronic expansion valves and solenoid valves (leakage is tested using the pressure-maintaining method).
Electronic Expansion Valve Testing:
① Secure the expansion valve to the life test bench and drive it with a set voltage (e.g., DC12V), a specified excitation method, and a set frequency (e.g., 83 PPS).
② Set the inlet (side pipe) pressure to 1.0 MPa, and the outlet (straight pipe) to atmosphere. Open and close the valve a set number of times (e.g., 100,000) in a cycle of 0 to 500. Use nitrogen or clean compressed air, with a source pressure ≥ 4.5 MPa.
Test pressure is manually adjustable from 1 to 3.5 MPa.
Note: The valve supports opening and closing cycles up to 9.99 million times, with the goal of determining the maximum life of the electronic expansion valve.
③ Failure Detection: Read the pressure using a pressure sensor. Set the fully closed and open valve pressures in the software to detect changes in inlet pressure. When the air inlet pressure exceeds the set value, the system alarm prompts that the test piece has failed, and records parameters such as the current number of runs.
